9 months agoA hidden gem in old Baytown. The food is excellent. The presentation of the food is off the charts. Be prepared to wait a little for your food, but it’s because they are getting ready to give you a great presentation.

2 years agoAbout the place I like the atmosphere, they have board games. Much of the sushi was good except The ginger, it smelled like fresh mopped mall floors.

3 years agoWe got the chance to try Wazabi this weekend in downtown Baytown, TX, and it was such an awesome find! The service was absolutely amazing; every team member made us feel so welcome. We started with some drinks off their daily specials, then one appetizer and a roll, and everything was so yummy! We will definitely be back next time we visit Baytown.

4 years agoFood was very good. The price was a little high, we definitely paid for presentation. The service was okay, not the fastest, but definitely fresh. However, 3 of the 5 people in our party started to have burning eyes and watering. There was something in the air that caused it, we never knew what though. Even our waitress expressed her eyes were burning too.

5 years agoThe dining here is exceptional to say the least!! I was VERY PLEASED!! The food is comparable to midtown, Rice village and River Oaks!! This is a wonderful and welcome addition to Baytown! If I could recommend anything on the menu it would be the kimchee fries, ginger salad, brussel sprouts, ANY of the sushi rolls and especially the BLUE BALLS!! Wazabi is a must try!

5 years agoIts a nice, cozy little place off Main St. The menu is different than what you usually find at sushi places. We tried the Hawaiin Roll and Alaskan Roll. The Hawaiin roll was bit sweet so take a note of that before you order it. It has white tuna in it. “And white tuna is not at all bad!” As said by my friend. Alaskan roll is on point. The sauces are good too. The presentation of the sushi’s is awesome and the ambience is nice for some afternoon break. Also, there is a small piece of art by the restaurant with colorful walls and hanging umbrellas! Do try this place out and click some pictures!!
